Orders within the continental United States qualify for Free Shipping. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require a 10% surcharge to cover freight. International Shipping provided by iGlobal Exports. See iGlobal documentation for rates. My Food Storage cannot ship products to P O Box addresses.

Returns

My Food Storage is so confident you will like your Food Storage Purchase that we offer a 30 day (from date of purchase) 100% satisfaction guarantee on the product for any returns. You would only be responsible for on the cost of shipping back the return, and subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returns must be sent in factory sealed condition.

Before you return any food storage you must email us at info@myfoodstorage.com or call our care representative with the reason for your return, and we will issue you a (RMA) Return Merchandise Number. Products that are opened are non-returnable and non-refundable with no exceptions.

Steps to complete an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

• If products are defective or damaged upon receiving, please write the RMA number under the return address, to arrange a time for UPS to pick up the shipment at your location
 
• Write your reason for returning the product and the RMA number on the sales receipt you received with your order or a copy of the sales receipt.
• Returns that do not include the RMA number or are received at the improper address will be returned to the sender at the senders expense.
• Mail back the product PROMPTLY in the products original packaging, the receipt stating the reason for the return and the Return Merchandise Number (RMA) to the address supplied to you by our customer service representative.
• Returns that do not include the RMA number or are received at the improper address will be returned to the sender at the senders expense.

Order Cancellation Policy:

All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. If you cancel your order AFTER the order is placed, the Product Return Policy Information listed at the top of the page must be followed. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including incurred shipping fees.
