Staying Ahead of the Storm

This summer we have been plagued with intense tropical storms, wildfires, droughts, tornadoes and hurricanes all over the country. We’re still in the midst of hurricane season and several states have lost power, homes, or worse. Here at MFS, we’ve heard a lot about how these elements have damaged lives in the last few months, and the regrets many have over not being prepared ahead of time.

The best advice we can give is to stay ahead of the storm. Prepare with long term food, water storage, and emergency supplies. Stay informed and make an emergency plan so when disaster strikes, you’re as ready as you can be. Because when it comes to these devastating storms, often surprise is the worst element of all.
